Promotion Dates

The promotion commences Friday 13th August 2004 and entries close on Wednesday 25th August 2004.

Prize Details

The prizes will be a single set of two A Reserve tickets to Quidam to the value of $220.

Individual prizes will not exceed a value of $220.00, and the total prize pool will not exceed $30,800. The prizes will be drawn on Thursday the 26th of August.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, registered Audi owners must update there their Full Name and contact details on the page provide within the My Audi Portal.
  2. The cost of entry is free to all Audi Owners.
  3. The prizes are state based and only available on a pre-selected date. Entrants from NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA will be awarded tickets to their capital city. ACT residents will receive tickets to NSW, NT residents will receive tickets to SA, TAS residents will receive tickets to VIC.
  4. To enter, Audi owners must confirm their name and full contact details. All entrants must also complete in twenty five words or less the following phase 'why you love your Audi'. All entries will be judged by an Audi Australia panel.
  5. Entrants can enter the competition only once.
  6. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  8. Prizes are not transferable for allocation in other cities or other dates (availability of tickets is restricted).
  9. Prize does not include transfer to the city where tickets have been won. Winners must make their own way to the venue.
  10. The winners will be selected by a computerised random draw at MassMedia Studios 91 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, on the following dates: 11am on Thursday 26th August 2004.
  11. The winners will be notified within 1 week of the draw by telephone. All winners' names will be published on the Audi Quidam website at www.audi.com.au/quidam/winners_portal.shtml. Winners' names will also published in the Weekend Australian on the 4th September 2004.
  12. All entrants are deemed to have consented to any personal information relating to them being held by Audi Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of this promotion.
  13. All prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks from the date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements. Audi Australia will not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of winners to collect their prize.
  14. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Audi Australia subject to legislative requirements.
  15. If a specified prize becomes unavailable, Audi Australia may, subject to State regulation, substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion.
  16. All entries by internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. If there are any difficulties arising out of the internet or any associated equipment Audi Australia may at its absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry or any portion thereof.
  17. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received.
  18. Entrants details will not be used by Audi Australia for further marketing opportunities unless they have granted permission during the registration process.
  19. The promoter and their associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained by the prizes or in connection with any other prizes.
