Promotion Dates
The promotion commences Thursday 22nd July 2004 and entries close on Saturday 30th August 2005.
Prize Details
The fortnightly prizes will be a single set of four A Reserve tickets to Quidam to the value of $440.00.
Individual prizes will not exceed a value of $440.00, and the total prize pool will not exceed $10,120.
How to Enter
- To enter, individuals must enter their name, email address and host city details, plus the names and email addresses of at least three friends (hereby referred to as the "basic entry requirements").
- Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they like. By entering the basic entry requirements, entrants will gain four entries into the competition. By entering the details of additional friends, the entrant will receive an additional entry per friend (i.e. adding another four friends' names and email addresses will result in a total of eight entries).
- The minimum requirements for entry are the individual's full name and email address, plus the names and email addresses of at least three friends.
- Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Prizes are not transferable for allocation in other cities.
- Prize does not include transfer to the city where tickets have been won. Winners must make their own way to the venue.
- The winners will be selected by a computerised random draw at MassMedia Studios 91 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, on the following dates:

- The winners will be notified within 1 week of the draw by telephone, email or via SMS - dependent on the details entered during the competition registration process. All entrants are deemed to have consented to any personal information relating to them being held by Audi Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of this promotion.
- All winners names will be published on the Audi Quidam website at www.audi.com.au/quidam/ winners_coord.shtml
- All prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks from the date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements. Audi Australia will not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of winners to collect their prize.
- In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Audi Australia subject to legislative requirements.
- If a specified prize becomes unavailable, Audi Australia may, subject to State regulation, substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion.
- All entries by internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. If there are any difficulties arising out of the internet or any associated equipment Audi Australia may at its absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry or any portion thereof.
- Winners are responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received.
- Entrants details will not be used by Audi Australia for further marketing opportunities unless they have granted permission during the registration process.
- The promoter and their associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained by the prizes or in connection with any other prizes.
